A life where the weekdays feel like weekends. Salt air. Open windows. That's Santa Cruz.

My husband and I first visited Santa Cruz in 2009. We rented a little cottage on 35th Street, in the heart of Pleasure Point, and stayed for two months. We never really got over it.

A couple of years later, we moved to the US from Brazil. We landed in the Bay Area for work, but we kept coming back to Santa Cruz every chance we got.

When our daughter was born, everything changed. Suddenly it wasn't someday anymore. We wanted her to grow up with the ocean and the redwoods, the life we had been picturing since that first trip. So we went for it. Can we afford this? Are we making the right call? I remember all of it. Most of my clients are working through the same things when they first reach out.

These days, between school drop-off and pickup, practicing Jazzercise, or driving back through Capitola to watch the ocean for a minute, I still have to pinch myself.

Some clients want every data point before making a decision. Others just need someone they trust walking them through it. Either way, I'm here for it.
